Our client, Matchtech, a prominent player in the marine sector, is in search of a proficient Naval Architectural Project Manager to enhance their team.

In the role of Naval Architectural Project Manager, you will be instrumental in directing and supervising marine initiatives, ensuring their effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage marine projects, guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate project strategies and timelines.
  • Lead and synchronize project operations, encompassing design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Track project advancement, pinpoint risks and challenges, and apply suitable mitigation measures.
  • Conduct regular project evaluations and communicate project updates to upper management.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in managing marine projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of composite boat construction, offshore technology, and materials such as steel and aluminum.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with marine engineering principles and practices.
Education:
  • BSc in Naval Architecture or a related discipline.
  • MSc in Naval Architecture or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
