Overview

This position involves providing dedicated support to a student in a primary educational setting. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with students who exhibit Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and have a solid understanding of Special Educational Needs.


Role Details

This is a full-time, one-on-one role within a large primary school environment. The successful candidate will engage with a student who requires specialized support due to EBSA. Prior training or knowledge in this area is highly beneficial.

Trial days will be offered to ensure a mutual fit for both the candidate and the educational institution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to a student on a one-to-one basis.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to maintain student engagement.
