Key Responsibilities
- Oversee appointment scheduling, balancing sales and service needs for both new and returning clients.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving clinic performance.
- Conduct personalized outreach to clients to enhance attendance and promote our services.
- Actively contribute to revenue generation by efficiently scheduling appointments and promoting additional products.
- Foster relationships with customers to provide tailored promotions and solutions.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation in accordance with Amplifon standards, ensuring cleanliness and effective merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
