Gas Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at Gas Careers. As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and repair of gas appliances, focusing on delivering high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing & Repairs: Specializing in Vaillant and Worcester Bosch boilers, ensuring all work meets current gas safety regulations and standards.
  • Fault Diagnostics: Identify and resolve issues with domestic heating systems, providing excellent customer service and advice to clients.
  • Compliance: Maintain detailed records of all completed work and parts used, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • On-Call Shifts: Be available for on-call duties at least 6 days per month, including some weekends (not consecutive).
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Full ACS qualifications (including Cookers & Fires), valid for at least three months.
  • Experience working with Vaillant and Worcester Bosch boilers (service and repairs essential).
Desirable Qualifications:

Unvented, Oil, and LPG qualifications are desirable, although not essential. A full UK driving license is also required.
