What You'll DoYou'll join our Corporate HR team, where you'll design and build reporting solutions using tools like Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and Tableau. Your key objectives will be to maintain the organisational structure with our HR system, deliver regular reporting and dashboards, and engage with internal stakeholders to provide insight and understanding.

Training and DevelopmentOver the course of this 12-month programme, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in hands-on learning, working on real-world challenges that directly impact the energy industry. You'll have the chance to analyse reports and related data, engage with stakeholders, gather customer requirements, and deliver value-adding reporting and analytics.
Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who are on track to achieve or have already achieved a 2:2 undergraduate degree or 2:2 postgraduate qualification in any discipline with a data element, HR, or Business. You'll need to be a strong technical and analytical thinker, with experience of generating reporting and analytics based on customer requirements. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and accuracy are also essential.
