We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Resourcer to join our team. As a Senior Resourcer, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Source and register new labour to meet client demands
- Conduct reference checks on new labour, verifying certificates, RTW, and compliance
- Offer training to labour to upskill them and provide a progressive career in the construction industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and labour
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
- Experience in a recruitment business is preferred but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills
- High energy and ability to work under pressure
- Passion for delivering high-quality service to clients and labour
- Understanding of the UK geography is preferred but not essential
Working Hours:
8.30am - 5.00pm, with some morning/evening work and weekend work. Total hours per week: 42.5 hours.
