Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Creative Director who is dedicated to producing groundbreaking and award-winning projects that surpass expectations. As an integral part of our creative team, you will take charge of projects from initial concept through to final execution, offering expert direction on visual strategy and guiding junior creatives.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a variety of perspectives to enhance creative output. You will also be pivotal in managing client interactions and fostering business development. Furthermore, you will have the chance to influence the strategic formulation of creative briefs and present innovative ideas to clients.

To thrive in this position, you should possess a robust portfolio that highlights your creativity and strategic acumen, alongside substantial experience in agency settings. Familiarity with European and Global projects is advantageous, as is a comprehensive understanding of medical communications regulations.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in a role as an ACD or Senior Art Director
  • Proven track record in leading and securing pitches
  • Experience in cultivating and managing client relationships
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to navigate complex information confidently
  • Knowledge of medical science regulations
