- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver digital solutions.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and other architects.
- Ensure Scalability: Ensure that solutions meet the needs of end-users while considering scalability and integration with other systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint).
- Implement Low-Code Solutions: Implement low-code/no-code solutions while ensuring proper governance and security protocols are in place.
- Define Governance: Define and enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, application lifecycle management (ALM), and security.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Document Knowledge: Ensure documentation, knowledge bases, and best practice guidelines for future projects.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in designing and delivering large enterprise-grade platforms and automations.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure.
- Methodologies: Strong hands-on knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps and Git for application lifecycle management.
- Public Sector Experience: Preferably prior experience in large-scale digital transformation projects within the public sector.
- Data Privacy: Understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data privacy best practices.
