Property Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor to join our successful Property Litigation department in Bournemouth. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, general property issues, rent and service charge recovery, and real estate related insolvency issues.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and a proven track record of success in litigation. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property law matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, general property issues, rent and service charge recovery, and real estate related insolvency issues.
• Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.

• Work closely with other departments, including property management and development.
