What We Need: Barbacks are essential to our team. We seek a Barback who is eager to engage, ready to assist bartenders by ensuring they have the necessary supplies, whether it be spirits, garnishes, or ice.
Responsibilities:
- Restock the bar with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar surfaces, glasses, and utensils, ensuring a tidy and sanitary workspace.
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during busy periods.
- Prepare fruits and garnishes for beverages.
- Organize and maintain bar storage areas for easy access to supplies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly assisting patrons and directing them to bartenders or servers as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to the bar manager for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with the bar team to foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
