Job Title: Senior Quality Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Associate to join our team at Hunter Selection Limited. As a Senior Quality Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring complete compliance to all food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, legislation, ISO, BRC, and customer COPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ensure complete compliance to all food safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
  • Perform root cause analysis to facilitate continuous improvement projects and working procedures.
  • Assist with complaint investigations and ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken.
  • Close audit non-conformances within the required timescales.
  • Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Collect and provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports to drive quality improvements.
  • Ensure a positive food safety culture across the site.

Requirements:

  • FMCG experience is advantageous.
  • Food hygiene/HACCP qualification is advantageous.
