About the Role

La Fosse is seeking an ITSM Product Owner to enhance their IT team in Leicester. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive development and management of the IT Service Management platform. Key responsibilities include consultation, design, configuration, implementation, reporting, and system administration.

The ITSM Product Owner will ensure the effective delivery of services across the organization, including non-IT services managed through the platform.

About You

  • Proficient understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional technical skills with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and cultivate relationships to successfully design and implement processes
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Fresh Service, Servicedesk Plus, Manage Engine, or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing an ITSM tool from end to end
  • Experience with global implementations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Management of a user base exceeding 2500 users
