About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Galbraith. As an integral part of our Rural & Agency Team, you will provide proactive administrative and office support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and staff within the office, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage diaries for internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Set up new clients, jobs, and files for new business, and arrange subsequent fee requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide audio/copy typing, formatting of letters and reports, and minute-taking services, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.
  • Maintain office systems, data, and files to the highest standard, ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
