Wentworth James Group is a leading national consultancy specializing in water hygiene, water treatment, and Legionella risk management. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and water safety across the UK.

This is a site-based role with suitable administration time being provided from the Home or Office in line with workflow. Reporting to senior leadership team with direct line manager being the Operations Director.

Purpose of Role:
  1. To support in the operational delivery of all services which Wentworth James Group provide to their clients.
  2. Undertaking Clean & Disinfections of water systems as required.
  3. Completing and producing Legionella Risk Assessments.
  4. Undertaking water sampling & reporting via analysis by UKAS accredited Laboratory.
  5. Completing site inspections of water systems.
  6. Completing documentation, data input and administrative tasks.
Additional Service Activities:
  1. Temperature monitoring & other Preventative Maintenance tasks.
  2. Training site staff to undertake temperature monitoring.
  3. Travel in line with the needs of the business.
