ROLE OF TRAVEL CONSULTANT

We are seeking a skilled and professional Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to effectively manage and process travel bookings via telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service through effective communication over the phone.
  • Executing various administrative tasks to support the travel booking process.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Exemplary telephone etiquette, maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of the booking process and upselling techniques.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and flexible in approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

After a successful probationary period, you will enjoy:

  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 27 after five years of service, and 30 after ten years.
