Methods is seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract assignment. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for leading development sprints and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Microsoft Windows Server solutions
- Develop and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy infrastructure
- Implement role-based security delegation and layers
- Configure DNS, WINS, and DHCP services
- Manage PKI services and SMTP proxy services
- Implement firewall management and controls
- Design and implement DFS, HA, clustering, and SOFS solutions
- Implement RDS, VMWare, vCenter, ESXI, vMotion, and HyperV solutions
- Design and implement MS Cloud solutions incorporating Exchange, Storage, and Shares App services
- Implement Citrix deployments incorporating PVS and MCS
- Implement APP-v solutions incorporating Citrix StoreFront
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting skills
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Microsoft, Citrix, or VMWare certifications
- Understanding of client or mid-range OSes, networking, and security
- Experience with HyperV, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Knowledge of HP BladeSystem or similar blade servers and interconnect technologies
- Experience with HP Cloud Service Automation or similar self-service cloud management technology
- Knowledge of HP Server Automation or similar system configuration and software deployment technology
- Experience with Symantec Datacentre Security or similar security policy enforcement products
- Deep understanding of virtualization and container technologies
Requirements:
This role requires a DV Clearance. As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
