About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in volumetric capture and photo realistic likeness for use in game engines, as well as expertise in real-time pipelines, Unity projects, and project scoping and forecasting. They will be responsible for working closely with the Executive Producer, Tech Director, and Executive Creative Director to drive creative idea development and presentation, and will have a strong understanding of experience design and XR space and digital product development requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic approach to project scoping and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Directors, Creative Directors, and Creative Technology Directors to drive creative idea development and presentation
  • Work closely with the Executive Producer, Tech Director, and Executive Creative Director to ensure project success
  • Have a strong understanding of experience design and XR space and digital product development requirements
  • Be passionate about new technologies, experience design, and XR

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Producer in a similar role
  • Extensive direct-to-client experience and relationships
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial approach
  • Understanding of experience design and XR space and digital product development requirements
