Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Consultant to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Client Services Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our clients with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client reviews, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion.
  • Directly communicate with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Handle disinvestments and ensure smooth case management through updating records and submitting plans.
  • Contribute to client acquisition and retention efforts, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering top-tier service.
  • Ensure compliance with consumer duty standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a high activity level, handling up to 60 active clients per month.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or wealth management environment.
  • Strong administrative and paraplanning background, with excellent client servicing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
