This role is situated within the medical clinical delivery group and encompasses leadership responsibilities for the Renal, Endocrine, Neurology, Palliative Care teams, and the Rushmere Day Unit.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the continuous enhancement of clinical productivity, patient safety, and overall experience for all patients and caregivers. Ensure accountability for the implementation and monitoring of effective infection control measures through diligent oversight, adhering to the Infection Control Strategy. Manage nursing and clinical services, guaranteeing the provision of high-quality and timely care. Supervise senior nursing staff, supporting their development and leadership of their respective teams, while maintaining oversight of resource management, including budget responsibilities. As part of the leadership team within Medical Services, this role will involve direct patient interaction and be essential in advancing patient safety, improving patient pathways, enhancing patient experience, and driving the quality agenda.About Our Organization

Master's Degree in health management or equivalent experience. Professional nursing qualification. Evidence of an academic pathway equivalent to a Degree in Nursing or a related health field.Desirable
