Position Overview

Are you ready to contribute to a team that prioritizes compassion, dedication, and patient-centered care? We are seeking a Lead Nurse to join our Medical Services division, playing a pivotal role in upholding the high standards of care we provide to our patients.

This role is situated within the medical clinical delivery group and encompasses leadership responsibilities for the Renal, Endocrine, Neurology, Palliative Care teams, and the Rushmere Day Unit.

We are in search of a seasoned nursing professional with a demonstrated history of team leadership, responsiveness to patient needs, and a commitment to the health and well-being of our staff. You will set a positive example, inspire, and empower your team to deliver exceptional care to our patients, their families, and fellow staff members, ensuring a favorable experience for all.

Manage nursing and clinical services, guaranteeing the provision of high-quality and timely care. Supervise senior nursing staff, supporting their development and leadership of their respective teams, while maintaining oversight of resource management, including budget responsibilities.
