Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing the performance of business-critical logistics accounts to deliver value in key focus areas such as commercial, sustainability, and digital.
Key Responsibilities- Manage £multi-million worth of spend across various logistics categories, including fleet, freight, road transport, haulage, warehousing, 3PL, distribution, and automation.
- Develop and implement effective category strategies and spearhead strategic sourcing projects to drive value and contribute to the future of our complex logistics portfolio.
- Work closely with stakeholders to extract value from long-term and high-value contracts, leveraging commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to communicate with c-suite.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Indirect Procurement experience, preferably in the categories of Logistics, Capex, MRO, Transport, or Facilities Management.
- Experience in managing large logistics spend, contract management, stakeholder management, and commercial management.
- Commercial acumen, strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with c-suite.
- Proven track record of delivering value and driving business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
