About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work within our highly skilled and innovative multi-disciplinary Neurodiversity Pathway across Devon. You will be part of a team that is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake complex assessments and deliver evidence-based and outcome-monitored psychological therapies to neurodiverse children and young people.
- Collaborate with other pathways to support the most effective approach for children and young people to have consistent experiences of care.
- Provide teaching and training to colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Safeguard children and ensure the safety of young people in partnership with other agencies as appropriate.
- Attend to diversity and work in a way that promotes anti-discriminatory practice.
- A Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Post-qualification specialist therapy/assessment training relevant to children and young people.
- Post-qualification training or proven equivalent experience in supervision.
