**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective internal communications and engagement campaigns across Maximus UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote company initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build content for engagement campaigns and projects.
  • Plan and publish content across internal channels to inform and engage colleagues.
  • Support all-colleague calls and other live events with organization, delivery, and scripting.
  • Collaborate with the employee communications team to deliver high-quality, creative, and engaging communication solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**

  • Experience of delivering compelling internal communications.
  • Experience of supporting internal projects and campaigns.
  • Experience of supporting events for internal colleagues.
  • Qualification in a Communications or Marketing related discipline or significant relevant industry experience.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Robust planning and organization.
  • Strong attention to detail.
