Job Title: Team Leader - Ballymena Supported Living

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Ballymena. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of individuals through our ethos and values. You will work closely with our staff team to provide the best quality of life for the person we are supporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the needs of individuals through our ethos and values
  • Work closely with our staff team to provide the best quality of life for the person we are supporting
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual's needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
Requirements:
  • Experience in a care leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans
