Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Section Leader to join our team at ELEMIS. Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Ensure all goods receipts are processed efficiently, accurately, and within set timelines.
  • Stock Control: Oversee stock receipts, replenishment, cycle counting, and order picking to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders efficiently and within set customer timelines to meet quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Shift Manager to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and process improvements.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of best warehouse practice policies and procedures.

  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Ensure daily machinery safety checks are performed and logged, and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure all staff comply with company health and safety, environmental, and quality policies, and provide support for training and development initiatives.
People Management
  • Manpower Management: Effectively manage manpower resources to meet business needs.
  • Absence Control: Monitor absence control procedures to ensure maximum attendance levels.
  • Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance to optimize productivity.
  • Team Motivation: Motivate and coach the team to achieve operational success.
  • Performance Management: Monitor staff performance and ensure set targets are met.
  • Support to Shift Manager: Provide support to the Shift Manager as needed.
