Job Title: RMN Nurse - Specialist Adolescent Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RMN Nurse to join our team at a specialist adolescent inpatient unit treating young people from 13-18 years old. The unit is NHS funded and works in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role:

As a RMN Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans. You will also be involved in group therapy, assessment, and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 6 weekly CPA meetings
  • Lead group therapy sessions
  • Assess and discharge service users
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Safeguard and manage risk
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £37,500, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. You will also receive the equivalent of 33 days annual leave, plus your birthday off. Other benefits include free meals and parking, wellbeing support, and career development opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be NMC registered and have experience working with adolescents with mental health needs. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with service users and colleagues.
