This is an operational position that requires the ability to manage staff, allocate tasks, and maintain an excellent appointment booking service.
Main Responsibilities- Support and manage the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Review clinic utilization for given specialties and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with managerial staff to discuss all aspects of the outpatient service.
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust provides a range of general acute, outpatient, and diagnostic services to a local population of around 350,000 people. We employ 3,500 staff and serve a population of up to 500,000 in west Essex and east Hertfordshire.
