We are seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our successful team in Northwich. As a key member of our Pre-Litigation team, you will be responsible for managing credit hire cases, communicating with clients and insurers, and analysing prospects of success to a claim.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit hire cases to effectively support claimants who have been involved in a road traffic accident, to claim compensation for any uninsured losses.
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, defendant insurers, solicitors, and any witnesses.
  • Analyse whether there are prospects of success to a claim.
  • Draft pleadings and legal documents if necessary and review offers of settlement.
  • Manage your own varied caseloads in a timely manner.
