Job Title: Process & Performance Engineer

A leading organisation in battery cell research and manufacturing is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to scale up capability of various cell assembling technologies.
  • Generate and maintain documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEAs, SWIs, and Manufacturing Bill of Materials.
  • Analyse data to drive process performance and provide practical guidance to Plant, Operational, and Quality Teams.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes remain technology relevant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering, preferably in the automotive or Tier 1/Tier 2 manufacturing sector.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering desired.
  • Excellent reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interest in energy storage technology and willingness to adapt to a new industry.
  • Significant experience in a similar process engineering role within a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
