About the Role

Medacs is seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in adult psychiatry, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and advancement of medical knowledge and practice, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
  • Lead by example, mentoring and supporting junior doctors and healthcare professionals in their continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish a common understanding of patient needs, developing strategic management plans and utilizing therapeutic skills to achieve positive outcomes.
