About the Role

Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry, is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team in central Oxford. As a well-respected independent agent, they are looking for a strong negotiator to join their office and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers on a daily basis, managing their enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Book viewings using the company's system, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Conduct accompanied viewings, establishing the needs of clients and encouraging second viewings and offers where appropriate.
  • Negotiate and agree buyer offers, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in estate agency is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Solid IT skills, with experience using property management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on punctuality and attention to detail.
