We are seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal LLP.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing a caseload. The role will involve managing an existing caseload, primarily focused on civil litigation with some commercial litigation, including:

  1. Contested probate claims – 70%
  2. Other commercial and civil litigation, such as professional negligence and construction disputes – 30%

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong billing and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the litigation department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve strong billing
  • Working closely with the dispute resolution team to achieve quality work and client satisfaction

The role offers flexible hybrid working options, with the possibility of working from other branch locations or fully remote for the right candidate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation
  • A strong background in civil and commercial litigation
  • A proven track record of strong billing
