Your Role
In the position of Trainer, you will conduct training sessions for both prospective and existing staff, adhering to the standards set by the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) and the European Resuscitation Council. This role involves following established protocols and completing necessary documentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all training equipment is in safe working condition and adequately available to provide all participants with equal chances of success, while promptly reporting any issues to the General Manager.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess experience in an NPLQ training capacity and hold the necessary qualifications to deliver and assess the training as required by the RLSS and ERC. A genuine enthusiasm for providing engaging training sessions while adhering to NPLQ policies and procedures is essential. You should be approachable and skilled at maximizing the potential of your trainees.
