Job Opportunity: Day Refrigeration/AC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Day Refrigeration/AC Engineer to join our team at a critical site in Welwyn Garden City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
  • Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
  • Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
  • Maintaining site-based records and log books (Fgas)
  • Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
  • Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
  • Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with our Dalkia team and customers - face to face, telephone and email
  • Maintaining correct stock levels

Working Hours:

  • Days shifts Mon - Fri (8am-5pm)
