As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing daily inspections of equipment.
- Filling out daily reports for all machinery utilized, including mileage and service records.
- Operating vehicles with the highest level of care and responsibility, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
- Efficiently managing waste unloading operations.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Reporting any incidents or improper waste disposal to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Waste Management, Warehousing, or Construction is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Skilled in mobile plant operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with operating equipment such as Forklift Trucks, loading shovels, or 360 excavators.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Strong commitment to compliance and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain resilient and manage pressure effectively.
