Business Strategy and Innovation Placement Programme

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Innovation team at Motability Operations, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of mobility solutions for our customers.
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that address the needs of our customers and identify new growth opportunities to help us stay ahead in the tech and mobility sectors.
Our Innovation team is responsible for developing external partnerships, designing and implementing pilots to test new products and solutions, and driving change within the organization.
We're looking for a team player who is confident in their abilities, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about their personal and professional development.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need to be on track to gain a minimum 2:1 degree in any subject. You'll also need to possess:
- Excellent teamworking skills and a proactive approach to making the most of every opportunity
- Confident presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good commercial awareness and a keen understanding of the business
- An enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and a passion for personal and professional development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
