Your Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will become part of a collaborative and inclusive team dedicated to delivering care to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in guiding our service users along their recovery journey, helping them lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ward rounds and collaborate with colleagues to assess and adapt care plans.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a shift pattern of 12.5 hours per day, working 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends. The standard schedule consists of alternating weeks of 3 and 4 shifts, totaling approximately 40.25 hours weekly. Opportunities for overtime are frequently available, allowing you to enhance your earnings.
