The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a strategic portfolio of clients and driving revenue growth through strong client relationships and strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing/executing a strong client relationship strategy, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving revenue growth through cross and upsales of our modular product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients to achieve revenue and volume renewal targets
- Implement repeatable best practices and strategies resulting in product adoption/expansion, and increased customer satisfaction
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
- Forecasting business on a timely and accurate basis
- Use data and client insight to advise the business of risk within the client portfolio
- Proactively work with Commercial and Product teams to course-correct or enhance products/processes
- Coach a member of our client value team to support your portfolio in the most effective way
- Leverage the sales and marketing stack, and processes to drive consistency and scale across the function
The successful candidate must have a proven background as an Account Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
They will need strong influencing communication and organisational skills, the ability to get to the root of our clients' challenges, and a personal drive for success and a strong determination to achieve their objectives.
