Primary Responsibilities

  • Regularly assess and adjust inventory levels to align with organizational needs
  • Supervise and assist in the processing of incoming goods to guarantee prompt and precise entry into inventory management systems
  • Coordinate the return of goods to suppliers to avoid stock delays and bottlenecks
  • Manage and facilitate import and export operations
  • Track inventory levels and conduct routine physical stock audits to ensure precision
  • Resolve general inventory discrepancies
  • Implement strategies to avert stock shortages and excess inventory situations
  • Oversee comprehensive stocktaking processes in accordance with company protocols, including leading the annual stock count
  • Replenish stock lines to meet business demands
