Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally interact with current and prospective clients to enhance their experience.
  • Promptly follow up on leads through various communication channels.
  • Ensure the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Regularly check on-site and off-site signage for accuracy.
  • Stay updated on local market competitors and provide monthly insights.
  • Foster positive relationships with Estate Agents to generate new leads.
  • Promote company incentives and additional features to boost sales.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to unsold properties.
  • Conduct daily inspections of completed units and report any defects for timely resolution.
  • Maintain communication with buyers to keep them informed about the progress of their homes.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a comparable role within the residential construction sector.

Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of the New Build Industry and Housing Market.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record in New Build Sales.
