Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Manager to join our Field teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of our contracts, including maintenance, installation, cabling, and civils works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with field teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and provide guidance on safe working practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and report on health and safety performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that health and safety procedures are integrated into all aspects of our work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
