AES, a leading global manufacturer specializing in Injection Moulding, is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. We understand that our workforce is the cornerstone of our success.

In light of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to oversee the routine upkeep of our machinery and equipment, including moulding and assembly systems, ensuring seamless production aligned with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical issues that arise within the machinery and equipment.
  • Support the maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment, including hydraulics, robotics, and automatic assembly systems.
  • Hold City & Guilds (or equivalent) Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or possess relevant experience as a Time-Served Engineer.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of PLCs and Control Systems.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal forms, be proficient in computer applications, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary ranging from £42,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience, along with excellent career advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package reflective of a company that prioritizes its workforce.
