Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Outstanding Guest Service
    • Provide warm and friendly service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve Drinks and Food
    • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks and food to our guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment
    • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and floor areas, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.
    • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bar and kitchen areas.
