Sewell Wallis is seeking a skilled Financial Support Specialist to join their team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and administration, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices on Sage, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage expense reports and verify receipts to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate payment runs for US and UK entities, handling multiple currencies and payment methods.
- Assist with monthly and bi-weekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support the annual audit process, providing financial data and documentation as needed.
- Oversee credit control for both US and UK accounts, ensuring timely invoice chasing and resolution.
- Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller to develop and implement the annual budget.
Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified AAT certification.
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical and methodical approach.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and workload effectively.
