Essential Criteria

Educated to GCSE/A Level Familiarity with Microsoft software programs (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Desirable Criteria

Data or management qualification – ILM

Experience

Significant customer service experience Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary team Prior administrative experience Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with staff from diverse backgrounds. Previous experience in NHS healthcare settings Experience in a busy acute hospital environment

Desirable Criteria

Previous NHS healthcare experience Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role Exposure to confidential information Familiarity with Millennium/CERNER systems
