We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Senior Associate to join our team at LV=. As a key member of our Protection, Savings and Retirement (PSR) team, you will provide critical regulatory advice and compliance oversight to ensure we meet all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving financial promotions, sales literature, and marketing communications to ensure compliance with FCA Financial Promotion rules. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining first-line regulatory and compliance frameworks and processes to deliver good customer outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide first-line regulatory advice and compliance oversight to support PSR
- Review, revise, and approve financial promotions, sales literature, and marketing communications
