Deputy Store Manager

We're a dynamic team at schuh limited, and we're looking for a talented Senior Deputy Store Manager to join us in Brighton. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
About the Role- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set goals, achieve targets, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Recruit, train, and develop new talent to ensure a strong and motivated team
- Work closely with the Store Manager to maintain operational excellence and maximize store profitability
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while promoting the schuh brand through our core service values
- Run the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Enthusiastic, motivational, and ready to take on new challenges
- Optimistic and energetic, with a passion for retail and customer service
- Prepared to work hard and lead from the front
- Keen eye for detail and commerciality, with a proven track record of leadership
