Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at 1-Tom-Plumber Tulsa. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients with complex needs, ensuring high standards of care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-admission assessments and develop individualized care plans, including risk assessments and regular reviews, using our digital system.
- Continuously assess and monitor clients' physical and psychological needs, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
- Audit monthly documentation and implement actions based on findings, utilizing our advanced digital platforms.
- Participate in the recruitment, supervision, and training of nurses and support staff, including competency assessments and clinical training.
- Champion the principles of choice, independence, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care.
Requirements:
- Experience in a community setting or an ICU environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and clinical management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
