Join MASS, a global technology company, as a Countermeasure Development Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge defence solutions. As a member of our Electronic Warfare Support Group, you will work on technical advice and support for customers, focusing on countermeasure development, engineering support, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-house countermeasure simulation software tools, such as CounterWorX, to model physical interactions and phenomena.
  • Collaborate with our software development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software products.
  • Work on dynamic simulations, analysing and designing countermeasure techniques to optimise performance against specific threats.
Requirements
  • Degree in a STEM subject, ideally in Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics.
  • Experience with programming software, such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
  • Understanding of mathematical or physics principles involved in Radar, Electro-Optics, or Infra-Red system operation.
