  8. Complex Issue Resolution: Assist delivery teams with complex issues or mediation, taking responsibility for answering questions.
  9. Deliverable Quality: Ensure that the content of deliverables is appropriate and of high quality.
  10. Personal Development: Take responsibility for own personal development and seek opportunities to develop the role further.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 6+ years of experience in product design, solution design, or a related field.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of distribution and logistics is a plus.
  3. Skills: Strong product analysis, requirements management, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency with the ability to discuss technology solutions effectively.
  5. Mentorship: Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.
