Key Responsibilities:

Finance Collaboration:
Cultivate a robust commercial relationship with site leadership, delivering essential metrics and analyses.

Financial Expertise:
Provide expert financial advice on new ventures, investments, and projects.

Financial Literacy:
Improve team understanding of financial implications on costs and revenues to guide business choices.

Month-End Management:
Take ownership of the month-end closing process, performing thorough variance analysis and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Results Communication:
Present monthly financial outcomes to senior management and operational teams, elucidating profitability.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and a five-year strategic plan, including KPIs for senior stakeholders.

Balance Sheet Management:
Ensure accuracy in balance sheet reconciliations and adherence to controls.

Process Optimization:
Identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies in processes.

Audit Assistance:
Provide thorough explanations to auditors during the annual audit process.

Team Leadership:
Oversee and mentor a Financial Analyst.

Qualifications:
Must be a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA professional.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI is essential.
